This event is organised by The Association of Criminal Lawyers of Singapore. Counsel appearing before Judges always grapple with finding the correct argument to persuade Judges. This lecture has been organised for the sole purpose of giving counsel insight into the workings of a Judge’s mind. PJ See Kee Oon has been on the bench for a number of years and has the experience of applying his mind to cases not only in the then Subordinate Courts but now in our High Courts.
