Event Outline

The YSIAC Advocacy Workshop is based on an exciting case scenario designed to test the attendees’ advocacy skills. The case scenario involves a mock dispute over the construction of a nuclear power plant. The contract provides for all disputes to be referred to arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC Rules and for the appointment of a sole arbitrator. The Workshop features mock cross-examination of witnesses, presided by Ms Judith Gill QC, and a session for tribunal feedback.
