Event Outline

This event is organized by Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA). The differences between a court setting and a private setting for arbitration pose different challenges for many counsel and arbitrators handling international commercial disputes. This workshop presents an excellent opportunity for those who may not be familiar with the arbitral environment to learn from senior experienced arbitrators and counsel on the frequent mistakes that can be avoided in arbitration process.
