This event is organised by the Singapore Trustees Association (STA). As CRS imposes certain statutory duties on financial institutions (which includes banks, trust companies and insurance companies ), lawyers who practice in these areas of law or who provide advice to clients in these industries on CRS compliance will benefit from this in-depth and practical workshop on implementing CRS in Singapore. The content reviews Singapore's CRS legal rules as applied to the fiduciary industry, where references to the Singapore legislation will be made.
