This event is organised by Singapore Medical Association. Day 1 of the Training Seminar will discuss on the changing paradigms of the law in medical dispute resolution. The seminar will cover on Medical Assessors, Medical Mediation, Medical Experts and Inquisitorial Hearing. Day 2 of the Training Seminar focuses on the Human Biomedical Research Act which discusses on the 3Ps: Policy, Policing and Practice.
