This event is organised by Singapore International Mediation Centre. Come join us for an afternoon with Dr Robert Gaitskell QC, who will explore issues related to mediations and how to overcome them, followed by a panel session with Dr Gaitskell himself and Mr David Bateson and Mr Shourav Lahiri. The session will focus on infrastructure disputes and how to manage it during the course of the mediation.
