This event is organised by the Association of Muslim Lawyers. The AML Annual Lecture 2017 headlined by Mr Desmond Lee, the Honourable Minister for Social and Family Development, and the Second Minister in the Ministry of National Development seeks to address the deepening culture and heightening social concern of Fake News, to acquaint the public on the social and legal consequences of Fake News in their professional, personal and social lives and to discuss future challenges we face in dealing with Fake News in the ever-expanding cyber sphere.
