This event is organised by Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals. The year 2017 saw a number of tax cases covering a wide range of issues. Some have set new precedents for Singapore tax laws. Join in this upcoming session for a journey through notable tax cases including the High Court decision on the chargeability of additonal buyers' stamp duty on a purchase of residential property by a charitable purpose trust, another High Court decision on the deductibility of interest payments, application of Section 10(1)(g), as well as the taxation of employment income.
