This event is organised by IBC Asia. This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of existing and new FIDIC contracts and what are the expected changes. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to improve your ability to evaluate the risk allocation of your FIDIC contract. Participants will learn about their rights and obligations as Employer, Contractor or Engineer and the tools required to recognise when you have a claim. Gain knowledge of how FIDIC deals with termination and suspension and the risks involved.
