SIAC, YSIAC and the International Bar Association’s Arb40 Subcommittee are pleased to present the IBA Arb40 Toolkit for Arbitral Award Writing. The Toolkit was created by the International Bar Association’s Arb40 Subcommittee to assist young arbitration practitioners as they approach the drafting of their first arbitral awards. The training is designed for practitioners in the early stages of their career as arbitrators and for arbitrators who would like a refresher in arbitral award writing.
