This event is organised by the Insurance Law Association, Singapore. Personal data protection is a complex problem that poses challenges for most businesses, particularly in today’s technologically-reliant era. Many business, including law firms and insurance companies, have fallen afoul of their obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act, or suffered a data breach due to the failings of a business partner.
