Event Outline
Singapore Insolvency Conference 2018 is the forum where first class panellists will provide both thought-leadership and informative insights. The theme is “Cross-border Restructuring and Insolvency – An Interdisciplinary Approach”. The focus essentially identifies practical issues which arise in cross-border restructuring and seeks to adopt a multidisciplinary approach, combining legal, economic, technical and fiscal aspects, to finding solutions to these issues.
