Event Outline

This session will include an overview on the applicability of the GDPR to organisations in Singapore and elsewhere in the region, and the key differences between it and Singapore’s PDPA. It will also include a panel discussion to address and discuss common misconceptions about the GDPR and to consider the practical steps lawyers may take when their client or employer is faced with a requirement to comply with the GDPR.
