This event is organized by Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). 2018 saw a number of tax appeals being decided by the Singapore High Court and Court of Appeal. At the surface, many of them seem to affirm long established principles. However, a closer scrutiny would reveal that they also raise many questions and issues that merit further consideration.
