This talk will cover the changes introduced by the Small Claims Tribunals (Amendment) Bill which was passed in Parliament on 9 July 2018. The changes include the expansion of the Small Claims Tribunals’ jurisdiction and the enhancements of the Tribunals’ powers and processes for more effective case management.
