This event is organized by Sorbonne-Assas International Law School. The seminar is organised by University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, through its international campus in Singapore, Sorbonne-Assas International Law School. In this course, Prof. Claxton will provide an overview of the legal protection of international investments. Participants will come to understand the main features of investment treaties. They will also become familiar with investor-state arbitration and its detractors while examining how Singapore is at the vanguard of a new generation.
