Event Outline

The UK Supreme Court’s two Brexit judgments read well, and provide a narrative exposition to the UK constitution. They provide clarifications of principles, competencies, rights and procedures. In Professor Mads Andenas’ view, they are exciting developments in that the court steps into the breach where the executive and legislature have failed, not without precedent but further than the textbook explanations would make you expect.
