This event is organized by RICS International Limited Singapore Branch. 2020 has been a difficult year for the construction industry with COVID-19 affecting cashflow and preventing fulfilment of contract obligations for the construction industry. Though the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act has provided for both temporary and permanent reliefs, these are set to end in third quarter 2020. Legal obligations have been deferred and the industry will need to be prepared for the legal tsunami that may come.
