This event is organized by Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore Limited (IPAS). “Unravelling Fraud in Insolvency: What should and can an Insolvency Officeholder do?” A question that sometimes comes up in a judicial management or insolvent liquidation is what a judicial manager or liquidator should and can do when presented with suspicions of fraud. We will discuss the responsibilities of an Insolvency Officeholder and their considerations, having regard to factors such as the company’s available resources and the insolvency and legal tools available to them.
