Event Outline
The new treaty on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction presents a unique opportunity to fully develop the under-implemented provisions on capacity building and technology transfer. This Executive Programme brings together climate change and oceans law experts to share their insights on how provisions on CB and TT in the new BBNJ Treaty can be strengthened in light of lessons from the international climate change regime.
