Individuals in the legal industry may come across peers and clients experiencing psychological breakdowns due to work or personal crises. In such situations, the individual may require immediate psychosocial support to regain a sense of control over themselves - be it at work as a lawyer, or as a client in an on-going legal battle. Psychological First Aid (PFA) provides a brief, supportive, and practical first response to those in immediate emotional distress.
