Event Outline

This module will help the criminal defence counsel understand the law and strategy of challenging the admissibility of a client’s statement. The criminal defence counsel will understand the law relating to the right to cross-examine and learn strategies as well as techniques needed to develop an effective cross-examination consistent with the case theory, all to develop an effective direct examination that advances the defence theory of the case.
