This event is jointly organised by the Ministry of Law, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and supported by the Singapore International Mediation Centre. In this UNCITRAL Academy Industry Capacity-Building Workshop 2022, participants will learn to use multi-tier dispute resolution clauses to manage escalation, hybrid dispute resolution mechanism clauses to add value to the DR process and ensure global enforceability under the SCM, as well as address concerns over confidentiality and time management at the drafting stage.
