This event is organised by J.S. Held. This seminar covers some of the more complex issues that arise in the course of quantifying losses of profits. Focus on the areas of disagreement that arise between damages experts when quantifying loss of profit claims in disputes, the arguments for and against different positions are canvassed and possible evidence that might be gathered to resolve the disagreements are suggested.
