Event Outline

The lecture will first cover the importance of this topic and the misconceptions that are commonly assumed about the sources of the Law of Evidence in the Singapore legal regime as well as their applicability to Singapore seated arbitrations. Following this, the rule in Browne v Dunn will be discussed (together with its exceptions). The lecture will then focus on the significance of this case in relation to international arbitration.
