This event is organized by INSOL International (Asia) Ltd. The Seminar explores issues arising in the restructuring of airlines in Asia. Our experts will discuss general issues like the difference between (a) a successful and unsuccessful airline restructuring, and (b) opting for local and foreign proceedings. More specific legal and non-legal issues will also be discussed. The former comprises issues such as the Cape Town Convention and the Gibbs rule. The latter comprises issues such as interactions between stakeholders, and financing in the region.
