This seminar explains why standard income and market approaches may be inadequate in certain situations and demonstrates how the cost approach, option pricing model, probability weighted expected return model and ‘modern DCF’method can be applied to overcome the difficulties posed by those situations. Concepts will be illustrated where possible through judgments and arbitral awards and the seminar is therefore best suited to disputes lawyers.
