Some say we are in a “golden age of fraud”. This resulted in the creation of automated linkages with integrated supply chains and systemic risks, which have been exacerbated by new forms of intangible assets. While regulation has ebbed and flowed, the courts have remained a greater constant in trying to maintain balance between commercial certainty and fairness. This Conference will focus on contemporary problems related to fraud and risk in commercial law.
