Artificial intelligence (AI) and other technologies are increasingly influencing the business models of corporations. This lecture will focus on the changes for selected aspects of corporate theory, governance and regulation, intra-corporate effects of technology, impact on external relationships between corporations, markets & individuals, as well as the challenges/implications for governing/regulating business in technology-dominated environments, policy-making for AI and online platforms.
