Event Outline
The field of mediation advocacy is about how one effectively represents oneself, or others at mediation. This workshop will focus on giving participants a working knowledge of how mediation works, the conflict resolution model used, preparing for mediation, dealing with the people aspect of disputes and strategies at the table. The workshop will also help participants understand the legal frameworks (both domestic and international) that apply to mediation.
