Event Outline

The SUSS School of Law presents this seminar by Professor Joel Lee, examining the growth of mediation in the Singapore space and how its development through the years leading up to the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation, also known as the Singapore Convention on Mediation (‘SCM’) and to present day. Ethical considerations on how lawyers can and should adopt mediation skills and approaches in their work will also be examined.
