Event Outline

Crimes committed outside Singapore involving citizens or permanent residents pose problems for law enforcement. Traditionally, only crimes that take place within Singapore can be prosecuted here. However, borders in the 21st century have become increasingly irrelevant when it comes to criminality. Dealing with crimes committed abroad which have a connection to Singapore will be the focus of this talk.
