This event is organised by Singapore Trustees Association (STA). In April 2025, MAS released a Consultation Paper proposing AML/CFT changes effective 30 June 2025. Key changes include formally treating Proliferation Financing (PF) as part of Money Laundering (ML), requiring PF risk to be included in ML/TF assessments, and updates to MAS Notice TCA-N03.
