This event is organised by Sage Mediation Institute for Leadership Education. As mediation gains prominence, advocates must stay updated and effective, not only in the courtroom but also at the mediation table. This workshop covers the thoughtful preparation needed for an advocate to prepare the client for an International Mediation (Module 1) and how an advocate can engage effectively with counterparties and the mediator (Module 2). Advocates can choose the module to attend, and those who complete both may accredit themselves as IMI-Certified Mediation Advocates.
