This event is organised by Singapore Law Review. This lecture will cover the Bicentenary of the Second Charter of Justice and Singapore’s unique conception of the rule of law, delivered by Senior Minister of State Mr Murali Pillai. The title of his lecture will be: “Bicentennial Anniversary of Singapore’s Legal System: The Rule of Law as our Foundation for Justice, Prosperity and Progress”.
