Event Outline
This workshop will focus on giving participants a working knowledge of how mediation works, its pros and cons, the conflict resolution model used, the process and stages of mediation, learning to facilitate the resolution of a dispute and dealing with the people aspect of any dispute. The workshop will be taught through a mixture of presentations, facilitated discussions and role plays.
