Event Outline

This module aims to equip legal counsel with the ability to understand and identify the risks and impacts posed by ESG-related disputes and litigation, and the strategies to manage and mitigate such risks and impacts. By the end of the course, they will be able to anticipate and manage the impacts and risks associated with ESG-related litigation and develop the ability to advise their organisations and clients on these risks and proactively defend and minimise these risks their organisations and clients may be exposed to.
