Event Outline
The course covers contentious issues that regularly occur in building construction projects and disputes: payments and variations; time and delays and termination. It also covers other practical aspects of the built industry such as construction programmes. Each session covers the legal principles and developments pertaining to these issues with a tutorial thereafter.
