Event Outline

Introducing regulatory frameworks for crypto assets enables retail access and brings intermediaries into a legitimate perimeter. While major jurisdictions took time, the EU, UK and US are now advancing bespoke regimes. The UK, informed by the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation and its critics, is taking a distinct approach to investor protection. This talk examines these differences alongside innovation and regulatory proportionality, drawing on the speaker’s forthcoming book.
