This event is organised by Sage Mediation Institute for Leadership Education. When mediators conduct themselves poorly, what can users and their advocates do to maintain user confidence in mediation practice. This seminar examines standards of professional mediation and explores the recourse available to parties who encounter unprofessional mediator behaviour.
