Event Outline
The Masterclass deals with the breadth and depth of family matters. While the standard topics such as matrimonial and divorce proceedings, maintenance, adopt, maintenance, will be covered, their treatment will focus on complex issues that experienced family lawyers may encounter or are increasingly encountering in their practice, such as pre-nuptial agreements, co-mingling of assets and enforcement of foreign divorce orders. At the end of the course, participants will achieve a better understanding and appreciation for, and thus able to better handle, complex family matters. The course is targeted at family law practitioners with at least 5 years of family law practice experience.
