Event Outline

The SCMA’s MAAP comprises two parts: an in-person workshop, consisting of two modules, will be held on 23 September 2026. An online Written Assessment will be held on 24 September 2026. Module 1: Statutory and Rule Framework for Maritime Arbitration – 2.5 hours. Module 2: Drafting the Award and Practical Issues – 2.5 hours.
