Event Outline
Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals Module 1 is an intensive two-day training programme conducted by SAL-SMC to learn the foundations of interest-based mediation which focuses on the disputing parties’ interests and encourages a broader range of solutions. You will learn about the nature of conflicts and the most effective techniques to manage them.
