Event Outline

This event is organised by NUS Centre for International Law. The Paris Agreement is now fully operational, with Parties required to submit new nationally determined contributions (NDC 3.0) for 2035 that are more ambitious and informed by the first global stocktake. As implementation takes centre stage, geopolitical tensions, technological advances, and competing commercial interests challenge effective climate governance. This seminar examines how international law can provide legal stability and strengthen the rule of law in climate action.
