Event Outline
For 2026, the Corporate Law Day event will take place over 2 days, include opportunities for networking,
and will continue to cover topics of particular interest to corporate law practitioners. Organised by
the Corporate Practice Committee, the topics for this year’s event include specialised interests (such
as, tax issues associated with corporate transactions), as well as practical matters and subjects of ongoing discussion (such as, practical guidance on using AI for corporate matters).
