This event is organised by NUS - Centre for International Law. This forward-looking webinar explores how the ICJ can remain relevant and effective in the 21st century. It will consider the skills, expertise and qualities required of future ICJ judges, as well as how the Court can adapt its institutions and methods to address increasingly complex disputes. The session will also examine the changes needed to ensure that the ICJ remains an authoritative, resilient and fit-for-purpose world court.
