Event Outline

This seminar affords litigation lawyers the opportunity to gain unique insights into judicial perspectives on how judges make decisions during the different stages of the litigation process. Mr Andrew Ang, Retired Supreme Court Judge and Mr Leslie Chew SC, Retired Senior District Judge will share their experiences on the above issues. The presentations by the two speakers will be followed by a panel discussion where they will be joined by SDJ Foo Tuat Yien and SDJ Ong Hian Sun.
