This event is organized by Association of Muslim Lawyers. "The Singapore Legal Profession is undergoing several transformative changes designed to improve access to justice, modernise court processes and the regulatory framework for the legal profession, and elevate our country's status as a financial and legal hub. During this lecture, Minister Shanmugam will deliver a keynote address covering topics such as the new Singapore International Commercial Court, the new Family Justice Courts, the enhanced Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, the new regulatory framework for the legal profession and other important developments in the legal sector. Minister's speech will be followed by a wide-ranging Question and Answer Segment."
